CAUTION:

WINE:
Picking  off total pressing.
Fermentation and aging in new barrels for 12 months with lees stirring.
Bottling after bonding.

TASTING:
Dress Straw golden brown.
Complex nose with notes of honey, praline and woodlands.
The palate is fat with heady aromas of roasted fruit.
Very nice finish.
Serve at 12 ° as an aperitif, with foie gras, feta cheese and parsley or chocolate cake.
