The vinification is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks in a cellar that was built fifteen years ago. It boasts the most modern and efficient equipment to extract the very essence of the harvested grapes.


After fermentation the red wines age in oak casks within old cellars that have been totally refurbished, until ready for bottling.
