Picking off the total, very light pressing, and housed in cold fermentation and aging in barrels for eight months. Bottling spring.

TASTING:
Clear color with golden reflections, sweet nose of citrus, fat lips and big. Very nice finish Full length.
Serve over cooked fish or drink to 12 °
